IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL PRIORITY PROJECTS

The State Department for Industry has partnered with Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) in a bid to fastrack the implementation of National priority projects.
Principal Secretary for Industry Dr.  Juma Mukhwana, noted that the partnership will be crucial in ensuring projects such as County Aggregation and Industrial Parks (CAIPs) will be completed within the set timelines for the benefit of the citizens.
EACC team, led by Felix Onjomo noted the need to monitor compliance in implementation of the projects to ensure they achieve their objective and delivered on time to avert wastage of public resources.
The officers from the Preventive Services Directory of the EACC, will undertake among other things the education and sensitization of stakeholders, audit the system for compliance as well as examine the implementation process of the CAIPs.
