PS for Industry, Dr Juma Mukhwana, is leading Regulatories, Authorities and Agencies (RAAs) under the State Department for Industry, in showcasing how they have effectively engaged the public in enhancing compliance, as they deliver services to Kenyans.

The RAAs' presence also points at their commitment to ‘take home’ actionable insights that will enhance service delivery, reinforce institutional integrity, and strengthen public trust.
