He joined the Ministry of Industrialization in 1994 as a Statistical Officer later redesignated to Industrial Development Officer, and rose through the ranks to become a Deputy Director of Industries. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics and Computer Science.
He has served on as a Desk Officer for various Trade and Industrial organizations including AGOA, UNIDO, and WTO. Has several professional courses from various institutions both locally and internationally.
